2025 WebAward for Bank Standard of Excellence Earned for Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB)

Austin Williams partnered with MCB to develop a modern site experience built for growth and engagement.

Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s website, MCBankNY.com, has won a 2025 WebAward in the Bank Standard of Excellence category, awarded by the Web Marketing Association. This international competition evaluates sites across industries for overall web excellence.

The award honors a digital experience that Austin Williams brought to life through an end-to-end, integrated build, spanning strategy, UX, and information architecture, design systems, development, and full-site content. 

Built in celebration of Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s 25th anniversary, the site was designed to deliver a more intuitive, relationship-focused experience for the Bank’s priority audiences, including middle-market businesses, key industries, and specialized segments such as EB-5 investors.

The new MCBankNY.com experience was strategically designed to support the Bank’s growth goals by strengthening relationships with existing clients, generating new leads, and creating clearer pathways for prospective clients, partners, and employees to connect with the right teams. With content that validates MCB’s expertise and a navigation system that makes sophisticated solutions easier to explore, the site has created opportunities across the Bank’s business, commercial, and personal banking.
