Become a member of our rockstar account management team and assist our account director servicing and managing Agency accounts across various industries.
Responsibilities
► Support Senior Account Executives on assignments from inception to completion.
► Learn how to own the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and status reports for all projects.
► Master time management and be able to juggle multiple tasks across different clients simultaneously.
► Be proactive to ensure all team members and clients’ business continues to move forward in a timely and organized way.
► Initiate comprehensive and detailed project work orders that are fully actionable and provide a reasonable time frame for execution.
► Ensure accuracy and input within project management software to track and manage jobs.
► Assist in the preparation of weekly or biweekly status updates with client.
► Take comprehensive meeting notes – both internally and with the client and be able to accurately articulate next steps.
► Assist with media trafficking with an eye for detail on creative variations, specifications, and due dates.
► Contribute to agency informational needs including industry trend updates, competitive reviews, and presentations.
► Help build client trust through clear communication, a positive attitude, and understanding their needs.
► Effectively manage up to keep supervisor informed.
Requirements
► Two years Agency experience.
► Media trafficking experience a plus.
► Knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
► Meticulous with a strong eye for accuracy.
► Proactive attitude and resourcefulness.
► Strong written and oral communication skills.
► Professionalism and respect to all team members and uphold Agency values.
