A big fan of logic and insight-driven results, Alissa loves all aspects of advertising as much as she loves traveling abroad—but not nearly as much as she loves her kids: Son Tyler and Shepherd-Pit Bull mix Lola.


Any bucket list items?

Lots more travel in Europe! I’ve been to Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic, but there’s still so much more I’d like to explore. Italy, Austria and Croatia are at the top of my list! I believe Europeans live a much more resourceful and balanced lifestyle and that’s inspired positive changes in how I lead my life here. I like to stay in smaller towns and villages—everyone is friendly and, by avoiding the tourist crowds, you’re able to really capture the essence of the culture.


What’s your favorite part of being an account supervisor?

I enjoy that my position allows me to integrate with, and learn from, each of our departments. As an account person, I’m the liaison between the client and our creative, digital, development and media departments. I make it a priority to learn what informs decisions, processes, etc. This better enables me to efficiently traffic work through the agency and effectively communicate with clients so they fully understand how we approach a project and why certain decisions and recommendations are made.


What inspires you?

The next level! Whether it’s for my own professional growth or for my clients’ growth, I’m always hungry for more and constantly working to reach the next level.


What’s your go-to happy hour order?

Right now, seltzer with lemon & lime. In a few months, I’ll be ready to enjoy a refreshing glass of seasonal sangria!


What real or fictional person would you go on a road trip with?

Queen Elizabeth—I’m a big royal watcher! She became Queen at a very young age (25!) and has led the royal family through so many changes to modernize and remain relevant. I think it would be fascinating to spend time with her (and hopefully I could sneak in a visit with younger royals too).
