AW account coordinator Jackie fell in love with marketing in college and enjoys the diversity of working at an agency—almost as much as she enjoys a good red wine.
When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be a teacher. Even up until the end of high school, I thought that would be my career route. It wasn’t until my first year of college when I took a marketing class that I fell in love with business and being creative.
If you had to switch AW teams for one week, which department would you work in?
I would switch to the studio. I love the idea of creating a project from beginning to end and watching everything come together.
What do you like about working at an agency?
Being able to work on so many different accounts and with so many different people. No one day is the same!
What inspires you?
My family. They always have my best interest at heart. They encourage me to grow and, because of that, I push myself more because I am not afraid of making mistakes. They inspire me every day to work for what I want and have instilled in me the values that have become my belief system. Through example, they taught me that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
What’s your go-to happy hour order?
Pinot noir. I love a good red wine!
