By trade and by training—12 years of parochial school—a writer, now leveraging decades of creative work as content director. Because today, everything is content, and content is everything. Write on.
When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Like any toothless, hyperenergetic American boy, a hockey player. Otherwise, a vet. So, I became a writer.

Up for anything.
Any hidden talents?
Barbecue. Authentic, south o’ the Mason-Dixon line, low-and-slow barbecue. Also, grilling. They’re different. But for each, real lump coal only. Who’s hungry?

The level of constraint put on what we can say and show creatively. But we all love a good challenge, right? Right?
What makes a great brand?
One that identifies a need and solves for it. It ain’t complicated. But it also ain’t easy.

Selfless people. The ones who serve so we all can live safely and freely. You know who you are.
What’s the best idea you’ve ever had?
Never identifying a best idea.
What real or fictional person would you go on a road trip with?
Stanley Tucci. Have you seen Searching for Italy?
