Associate media planner Lauren has an appetite for adventure, not to mention the exotic cuisines she encounters on her travels. When clients are hungry for new business, she helps prospects discover them.
What makes a great brand?
A powerful brand has a clearly defined target market and connects with that market by actively listening to their consumers. A great brand strives to exceed consumers’ needs while maintaining an awareness of the competitive landscape.
A powerful brand isn’t afraid of change but understands it might be essential for long-term sustainability and success and can embrace change while staying true to their core values.
What inspires you?
My family. They’re the most special people in my life and my greatest supporters. I admire and appreciate their strength and unconditional love every day. They encourage me to take risks and seize opportunities.
I’m also inspired by traveling and experiencing new locales. It not only affords the opportunity to gain unique perspectives on the world as a whole and on people from different backgrounds, but it also provides me with new outlooks on myself and my own culture.
What’s your go-to happy hour order?
A Malibu pineapple… or really anything fruity with rum. For an appetizer? I’m always down to split some wings.
What real or fictional person would you go on a road trip with?
Guy Fieri. I love watching Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and Guy Fieri’s totally got it made! If I could take anyone’s job, it would be his.
Any bucket list items?
My bucket list includes lots and lots of travel! So far, I’ve visited around 10 countries and studied abroad in Barcelona for a semester. I would love to explore all 50 U.S. states and set foot on all seven continents.
Some other bucket list items include trying skydiving and eating lots of great food! Someday, I’d like to create my own Instagram that showcases all of my travels through food.
