What three words best describe you?

Persistent. Active. Relaxed.

 

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Keep learning. We are in an industry that favors disruption and change—embrace it!

 

What do you like about working at an agency?

Above all, it’s the people (both on the agency side and client side). The dynamic and innovative nature of the work keeps me on my toes, as no two clients are the same.

 

What’s your favorite part of being an analyst?

By far, the left brain/right brain combination. An analyst’s role requires both quantitative and technical skills, along with vast creative skills. Numbers alone usually can’t speak for themselves. I truly enjoy diving into very large amounts of data to tell a compelling story.

 

What’s your go-to happy hour order?

Typically, a nice IPA. Seasonally, a glass of Rosé. After a long week, an Old Fashioned.

 

What’s the weirdest thing on your desk?

A VERY small easel of Bob Ross paintings to remind me that we don’t make mistakes, just “happy accidents.” Of course, it’s also nice to take a glimpse of tiny landscapes from time to time.
