Known for her boundless energy and relentless pursuit of perfection… To Eva, the client relationship is paramount and her inability to be 100% satisfied, contagious (well, almost).

When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A writer like Jo in Little Women. I actually pursued that direction throughout my schooling and early in my career. Until I realized that my real talent lay in critiquing and editing other people’s writing (spoken like a true president 😉 )

What do you like about working at an agency?

I like that no day is ordinary or redundant. Every day we are immersed in our clients’ businesses across very different industries, each with their own unique set of goals and challenges. Every day we are learning new marketing opportunities and technologies.

There is absolutely nothing stale, complacent or status quo about working at an agency. I believe our category has changed more dramatically over the past 10 years than most others and it is both daunting and exciting to be at the center of that.

What’s your favorite part of being president?

My license plate says it well, “ienspire”… that’s my favorite part of my role. When you have a team of smart, passionate, driven pros and you fuel their tenacity through inspiration, collaboration and connection, magic happens. I don’t take lightly the importance of my role to influence people and outcomes.

What inspires you?

Our new space. It has exceeded my expectations beyond what I envisioned (and it took a lot of envisioning as it was completely gutted space!).

Every day that I walk into this environment we created, I feel alive, exhilarated and ready to take on the day. It is particularly gratifying to see how our team has embraced the new space and is collaborating in ways that would not have happened in a different setting.

(And don’t tell anyone, but I do love our new lunchtime “whistle” also—the sound of beanbags hitting the cornhole platforms and the smacking of the ball in foosball. I know it’s lunchtime when I hear those sounds.)

What’s the weirdest thing on your desk?

My BadAss Boss award. I’ve never received an award with cuss words. It is of course true, but a bit strange nonetheless.
