Newsday Names Austin Williams a Winner of Its Long Island Top Workplaces 2020 Award

Austin Williams has been chosen as a 2020 Long Island Top Workplaces by Newsday, the only advertising and marketing firm on Long Island to receive the distinction.

The list was based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are incredibly proud of this honor because it reflects that we have created a working environment for our employees that is engaging, challenging, fun and rewarding,” said Eva LaMere, president of Austin Williams. “This has been a challenging year for all businesses. Knowing we have remained strong as a team, being able to deliver exceptional work and value to our clients is greatly satisfying and bodes well for the health of our agency as we move into the future.”

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

The Newsday accolade is one of several similar awards bestowed upon Austin Williams in recent years, including being voted as a Great Place to Work by the institute that creates the annual Fortune 100 Great Places to Work list and being included on the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies.
