Our Creative Warrior program recognizes our colleagues who go out of their way to deliver excellent results for our clients.
“Our creative warriors exhibit that spirit of facing challenges head-on and give our clients something they have never seen before,” said Eva LaMere, president of Austin Williams. “The phrase, ‘We’ve always done it this way,’ doesn’t live here with our employees, and our latest two are no exception.”
Recently, we recognized two more of our colleagues with the Creative Warrior award, which includes ownership of the warrior-like shield emblazoned with key phrases that embody the spirit of creativity.
Kate Herrmann is an account executive recognized for her willingness to rise to the occasion and her ability to take on new challenges. Kate is ready for anything. From taking the time to onboard new employees of the account team to overseeing the internal and external components of video shoots, Kate manages “like a pit bull.” She keeps projects moving and remains calm and collected when communicating with clients and internal teams. Her nominators added that “Kate is thoughtful, persistent, and strategic and knows how to balance the needs of her clients and the Agency and that’s no small feat.”
Senior Digital Analyst Victoria Hilton is always looking for new ways to bring the Agency together and to celebrate one another. As a member of Austin Williams’ culture committee, metaverse committee, and social media committee, she doesn’t just bring ideas to the table; she offers suggestions to execute them. Victoria’s nominators said, “When she gets the green light on an idea, she’s ready to go the distance and drive ’em home.” They added that “Victoria is eager to grow and learn, actively seeking feedback on her work in search of ways to improve it. She also very clearly cares about the Agency and its people, evident in her everyday interactions with her coworkers and our clients.”
