Our Creative Warrior program recognizes our colleagues who go out of their way to demonstrate creative bravery in their everyday role.
“Our creative warriors exhibit that spirit of facing challenges head-on and give our clients something they have never seen before,” said Eva LaMere, president of Austin Williams. “They’re eager to try something new, catch people’s attention, or defy the conventional wisdom of ‘we’ve always done it that way.’”
Most recently, Alex Zieniewicz was recognized with the Creative Warrior Award, which includes ownership of the warrior-like shield emblazoned with key phrases that embody the spirit of creativity.
Alex Zieniewicz is a senior SEO strategist who shines outside her skillful and solid day-to-day responsibilities. Here’s what her colleagues had to say about her:

Still, Alex’s contributions to AW go beyond her digital skillset. As an AW Culture Resource Committee member, she’s always on the prowl for ways to build camaraderie among our team while giving back to the community. Most recently, she was the creative force behind our Valentine’s Day event, where AW staff created and delivered 400 hand-made Valentines to the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center residents.
