Meet Austin Williams’ Newest Creative Warrior: Alex Zieniewicz

Our Creative Warrior program recognizes our colleagues who go out of their way to demonstrate creative bravery in their everyday role.

“Our creative warriors exhibit that spirit of facing challenges head-on and give our clients something they have never seen before,” said Eva LaMere, president of Austin Williams. “They’re eager to try something new, catch people’s attention, or defy the conventional wisdom of ‘we’ve always done it that way.’”

Most recently, Alex Zieniewicz was recognized with the Creative Warrior Award, which includes ownership of the warrior-like shield emblazoned with key phrases that embody the spirit of creativity.

Alex Zieniewicz is a senior SEO strategist who shines outside her skillful and solid day-to-day responsibilities. Here’s what her colleagues had to say about her:

“Alex is a true professional – and if you’ve got a rush job you’re losing your mind about, Alex will tackle it levelheadedly. Maybe you’re wondering whether the Agency is staying on top of the latest and greatest in SEO. Alex has you covered there, too. She subscribes to dozens of newsletters, routinely attends webinars to continue her education, and consistently explores new tools to ensure we’re doing our best and delivering the most robust client results.

It’s Alex’s persistent proactiveness that makes her truly stand out, and she never seems to run out of new creative and strategic recommendations. Not only is she on top of enhancing their SEO, but she also immerses herself in our clients’ businesses. She does her research, and it shows.”

Still, Alex’s contributions to AW go beyond her digital skillset. As an AW Culture Resource Committee member, she’s always on the prowl for ways to build camaraderie among our team while giving back to the community. Most recently, she was the creative force behind our Valentine’s Day event, where AW staff created and delivered 400 hand-made Valentines to the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center residents.

As her nominators summed up, “We’re often amazed by Alex’s enthusiasm for her work. She sets a remarkable example for the rest of the team.”

We award a new creative warrior regularly – check back for more soon! In the meantime, meet our other Creative Warriors.
