When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was 10, I dreamed of becoming a hairstylist or beautician. I’ve had a passion for all things beauty since I was young. That interest eventually led me to attend cosmetology school during my last two years of high school, where I earned my license. It’s something I still do to this day.

Any bucket list items?

I definitely want to travel to Greece and Hawaii, which I’m hoping to do in the next few years! I also want to visit the Grand Canyon the next time I see my family in Arizona. There are many more, for sure.

If you had to switch AW teams for one week, which department would you work in?

I would say it would be the studio because I enjoy being creative and have graphic design skills, with experience in Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I created digital and print marketing assets in prior roles and am always the go-to person for friends and family when something is needed for events.

What do you like about working at an agency?

I love how everything is done in-house, under one roof—and that everyone here at AW is approachable and so talented at their jobs. Having been on the client side of the table earlier in my career, I remember what it was like to juggle multiple agencies. Now, I get to deliver all those services in one experience. It’s exciting, and something I am really proud to be part of.

What’s your go-to Happy Hour order?

If we’re talking more casual, definitely some spicy type of margarita with chips and salsa, and if we’re talking fancy, a good glass of red wine (maybe pinot noir) with Italian cheeses and meats.
