Austin Williams Spotlights Female Employees on International Women’s Day

To commemorate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, Austin Williams is celebrating the skilled female professionals who generate ideas that inspire action.

Their combined professional and personal strengths have helped shape AW into the organization it is today. As part of an agency team that champions gender equality and inclusion, our female colleagues are key players in developing the creative campaigns that drive results for our clients in financial services, healthcare, higher education, nonprofits, and beyond.

“As a Certified Women-Owned Business, it is important to take these opportunities to highlight our amazingly talented female employees,” said Eva LaMere, president of Austin Williams. “At AW, we are proud to provide an empowering work environment that showcases our female talent and creativity in a range of specializations, including graphic design, content development, digital marketing, media, client management, accounting, and public relations.”

Get to know our female team members below, where they each answered questions that showcase their talents and interests – both professionally and personally:

“I was lucky enough to have my mom as my mentor as a successful business owner so I always believed I could be whatever I set my sights on. I am very proud of the women at AW for their accomplishments to our agency’s success and am pleased to honor these women and all the women who conquer obstacles to achieve success,” said LaMere.
