With A&W nearly eight years, Kim has come a long way from her start in a part time role on the account side.
As Account Supervisor on some of the agency’s largest accounts, Kim Brussell has demonstrated outstanding and consistent performance managing and growing her accounts. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior client servicing skills has earned her the respect and appreciation of her clients, and this has resulted in solid account standings at the agency.
Kim is a strong team player (and the agency “cheerleader”), never wavers from a challenge (the success of the recent ICAP event is certainly evidence of this), gives new meaning to the term “multitask” and is rarely in a bad mood (did we mention she’s the agency “cheerleader”?).
All of us at Austin & Williams agree that Kim is worthy of this promotion.
As VP, Client Services, Kim will continue supervising and directing her accounts, (try and pry her away from that) and will also expand her role to become more involved in helping to provide strategic direction on new projects/client opportunities and participate more in new business prospecting and presentations.
Please join the rest of the A&W staff in congratulating Kim on this well-deserved promotion!
