When Andria isn’t pushing the results-envelope for her clients, she spends her days watching binge-worthy TV with her husband and two cats, Darla and Xena—or pushing her limits at yoga.
When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Up until age 18, I always wanted to be a veterinarian. Growing up with a multitude of animals in my home, I always had a love and passion for them. Then, at 18, I worked at an animal hospital and saw what it took to be a vet. I found that it was way too emotional for me to work with animals. I guess it’s a good thing, because if I stayed in that field I’d probably have over 20 animals in my home now.
Any bucket list items?
Seeing the Titanic up close. I’m waiting for someone to invent a time machine so I can enjoy one night on the ship. If that doesn’t happen in my lifetime, I hope to one day take a deep sea dive to see her at the bottom of the ocean. BRB as I go call James Cameron.
If you had to switch AW teams for one week, which department would you work in?
I would have to split that up with three days in the studio because I love being creative, and two days in development because I love to code!
What do you like about working at an agency?
I love that it’s not the same boring “work grind” most people complain about when they talk about their jobs. There’s something super fun about knowing every day is different from the next.
What’s your go-to Happy Hour order?
If I’m in the mood for a red, I’ll go with a malbec. If white is striking my fancy, I’ll order a riesling.
